Dr Fahad Allahaim

Dr. Allahaim is a faculty member who earned his bachelor’s in ABS from King Saud University in 2004 and a double master’s with honours in Design Technology and Facility Management from the University of Sydney in 2011.
In 2016, Dr. Allahaim earned his Ph.D. in Architectural and Engineering Economy from the University of Sydney. His research focuses on the links between AEE emphasizing costing and adaptability using Real Options Analysis.
With 20+ years of experience, Dr. Allahaim connects architecture, engineering, and economics. He has worked with KACST, MIT, and others, serves as Vice Chairman for the SBC and Real Estate Association, and is active in Umran, RICS, and SCE.
